U.S. Route 460 Corridor Improvements Project
Quality Control - Phase One
Commissioner Gregory Whirley of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) accepted on October 15, 2010 for further consideration conceptual proposal received from 460 Partners, Inc., Cintra Infraestructuras, S.A., and MultiModal Solutions, LLC. The three conceptual proposals were received in response to VDOT's solicitation, under the Public-Private Transportation Act, to develop and operate the Route 460 Corridor Improvements Project located between Petersburg and Suffolk, Virginia.
VDOT performed a quality control review of the conceptual proposals to ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Each conceptual proposal met these requirements and will proceed to the Independent Review Panel stage of procurement.
